Laura and Frank deliver your weekly paranormal roundup. Laura is a true believer and Frank is more of a skeptic. Together they deliver an interesting contrast discussing TV shows such as Paranormal State, Ghost Hunters, Ghost Hunters International, Ghost Whisperer, Ghost Adventures, Most Haunted, Haunted History, Fear Itself and many more. From time to time, they even throw in a movie or book review. If it has to deal with the paranormal, chances are, they will be discussing it.

Glad you liked the podcast. Jeff was so interesting. We had actually wanted to have Jeff on for quite some time so when we were discussing format changes, Jeff was at the top of our list.

When I was listening to the show on my Sansa, I noticed the audio problem myself. I've been trying to move over to Windows 7 which seems to be a little more sensitive to audio than XP which is what I was on. Hopefully tomorrow night will be better for audio. ;)

An excellent podcast..one which I enjoyed listening to, especially the Mothman segment including the intervie with Jeff Walmsley. Can you buy the book he has done on the Mothman legend? I'd like to read (and hear) more about it. Maybe you could do a review one week of The Mothman Prophecies film (even though, based on what was said in the interview with Jeff, that some of or all of what was in the film wasn't strictly true).

It was interesting about the two power plants and all that discussion. And I liked how you came back to the Mothman topic towards the end of the podcast.

I can't remember some of what was said during the Ghostly Talk interview with Doug and Scott. Some of it passed me by, but it was an interesting debate over reality TV and paranormal shows. Very funny in places. I couldn't hear some of what was said (I couldn't turn the volume up too loud as it echoes in the ears!). While paranormal reality shows aren't my kind of thing I do think that subject is an interesting subject.

Glad you liked it Mark. I was initially drawn to Ghostly Talk by the paranormal topic of discussion but those guys are what kept me there. Over the years, I have tried about every paranormal podcast type show out there but Ghostly Talk is one of the few that I keep. You really should check out their archives at www.ghostlytalk.com for some really incredible topics.

As for Paranormal Activity, you really should check it out. For the very reason you describe. We hated it but you might absolutely love it.

Thanks for the kind comments.

Hi guys,

Just finished your podcast and I thought it was great. I have to say the second part went by so quickly. I could have listened to those chaps for ever and if you get the chance you really should have them back in the future. I found the Paranormal Activity discussion fascinating. I haven't even seen the film as the response has been so poor but for every voice that calls it down there is a great review out there. It's obviously one of those films that really divides opinion.

Thank you, as always, for supporting our campaign in your show. It is really appreciated and I look forward to the next one.

PS I can't imagine a Being Human remake either but I will keep an open mind :)
